Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a SAP QM Expert to join a dynamic team. This role involves providing primary support for SAP Quality Management (QM) and secondary support for SAP Production Planning (PP). The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring stable operations and driving continuous improvement for quality processes within our manufacturing landscape.
Main Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end SAP QM functional support for all incidents, problems, changes, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to enhance inspection and quality processes.
- Create functional documentation and support testing activities, including UAT.
- Coordinate with technical teams for fixes and enhancements.
- Offer backup support for SAP PP when necessary.
- Facilitate QM-PP end-to-end process continuity.
Key Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP QM and PP in support or implementation settings.
- Deep expertise in SAP QM, including Inspection, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), and Batch Management.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and quality processes translated into SAP.
- Knowledge of cross-functional integration with Production, Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SAP QM applications.
- Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing processes.
- Experience in integration with SAP PP and related systems.
- Ability to validate interfaces with systems such as SAP, MES, and reporting tools.
- Development collaboration skills including familiarity with ABAP and functional specifications.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to promote and adhere to corporate standards and policies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with BW Reporting.
- Knowledge of SPRO Customization for EHS.
- Understanding of SAP EHS functionalities.
- Familiarity with Substance Volume & Tracking (SVT) and SVHC.
- ABAP Program Execution knowledge.
