We are looking for highly experienced Mainframe Specialists to join a strategic modernization and migration program. This opportunity is ideal for senior professionals with deep expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies and proven experience leading or supporting large-scale migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Support and execute migrations from legacy CA/Broadcom solutions to IBM technologies.

Analyze, design, and implement Mainframe automation, security, and database solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth transition and operational stability.

Provide expert-level guidance on Mainframe best practices, architecture, and tooling.
Required Expertise
IBM System Automation & NetView
-
Strong hands-on experience with IBM System Automation and NetView.
-
Proven involvement in migrations from CA OPS/MVS to IBM System Automation.

Knowledge of CA OPS/MVS REXX and experience converting automation scripts to NetView REXX environments.
Db2 & Db2 Tooling
-
Extensive experience with Db2 for z/OS.

Strong knowledge of Db2 administration and tooling from vendors such as:

IBM
-
CA/Broadcom
-
BMC
-
Previous migration experience from CA/BMC Db2 tools to IBM Db2 tools is highly desirable.
JCL Management
-
Solid expertise with CA JCL Check.

Experience supporting migrations to IBM JCL Expert.
Mainframe Security

Strong background in ACF2, Top Secret (TSS), and/or RACF.

Experience planning and executing migrations from ACF2 or TSS to RACF.

Good understanding of Mainframe security administration, access control, and compliance requirements.
