Sourcing Guidance:
The job description provides good technical clarity for sourcing. Consider these potential recommendations to enhance the search:
- Recommendation: Search for candidates with experience in ADAS systems alongside general automotive validation skills. Rationale: These skills are often paired in roles focused on advanced driver-assistance systems.
- Recommendation: Look for candidates who have worked in automotive software environments and are familiar with regulatory standards. Rationale: This knowledge will add value to compliance during system validation processes.
- Recommendation: Consider flexible requirements around protocol experiences, allowing candidates with some experience in CAN or Ethernet, but not both, to apply. Rationale: This may broaden the pool of qualified candidates significantly.
