We are looking for an experienced Technical Producer to join a cross-functional team consisting of software engineers, front-end developers, and UX designers. The team is responsible for driving the evolution of a modern UI framework, design system, component library, and underlying UI infrastructure used across multiple products and teams.

Length: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Stockholm hybrid (on-site presence required 2-3 days per week)
In this role, you will be responsible for turning strategy into execution by driving planning, prioritization, and delivery across the team. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering leadership, product management, and designers to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals.
This is a hands-on producer role where you will help establish structure, create visibility, manage dependencies, and continuously improve ways of working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Own and drive delivery planning, roadmap execution, and prioritization across the team.

Translate strategic objectives and product priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones and follow-up.

Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges proactively.

Ensure work is visible, properly tracked, and aligned with team capacity through structured backlog and workflow management.

Drive clear communication around delivery status, risks, timelines, and decisions needed from stakeholders.

Coordinate release planning, release readiness activities, and cross-team delivery dependencies.

Establish relevant KPIs and success metrics, ensuring data-driven follow-up and continuous improvement.

Support and coach the team in agile ways of working, helping define MVPs and realistic delivery plans.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with engineering managers, product managers, designers, and other delivery leads across the organization.
Required Experience

Several years of experience in roles such as Technical Producer, Producer, Program Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, or Product Manager.

Strong experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, developers, and designers.

Proven ability to manage complex deliveries with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Experience working in product-driven and agile environments.

Strong project and program management skills with a structured and proactive approach.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments.

Comfortable challenging priorities and making trade-off decisions when needed.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
