Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance within the beauty & wellness retail environment
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beauty consultations and by building long-term customer relationships
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve results
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and in-store hygiene in line with brand guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal staffs and SD / GSM to support business objectives, promotions, and product launches
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff
- Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required
- Good communication skills with the ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset
- Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
