We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) to join a global leader in conversational voice AI.
You will be responsible for building, fine-tuning, and deploying high-performance ASR models that power voice-enabled systems across automotive, retail, and enterprise sectors globally.

Key Duties:

Training and optimizing ASR models for multilingual voice platforms.

Running performance benchmarks and tuning models for real-time efficiency and low latency.

Designing scalable ML tools, pipelines, and infrastructure.

Diagnosing and resolving complex customer-reported ASR technical issues.

Mentoring team members and leading technical sub-projects.
