About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experience
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems/UI component libraries for consistency across products
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (agency or product company experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process (research → wireframes → final UI)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Solid understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems / component libraries
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles
- Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods
- Excellent communication skills — able to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory with strong portfolio)
Good to Have
- Experience designing for SaaS, eCommerce, or mobile apps
- Familiarity with motion design/micro-interactions (After Effects, Principle, or similar)
- Exposure to working with international/US clients
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Work Schedule
- Shift: Morning (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
