Nous recherchons un.e Assistant.e Commercial.e C(H/F/X) pour accompagner l'ouverture de notre nouvelle boutique Avenue Victor Hugo à Paris. Dans ce rôle, tu seras le moteur commercial du magasin, tu te distingues par tes compétences en vente et ton sens du service client.
Tu participeras aux sessions de formation et feedback avec l'équipe, et tu assisteras également le/la Responsable Magasin dans la réalisation des plannings et l'analyse commerciale du point de vente.
Tes missions:
- Motiver et animer l'équipe de vente pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs commerciaux.
- Identifier les besoins des clients et leur proposer des recommandations produits et garantir une expérience de qualité.
- Superviser les tâches administratives, la gestion des stocks et la coordination des plannings.
- Faire vivre les standards de merchandising visuel avec la plus grande exigence.
- Assurer la responsabilité de la boutique en l'absence du/de la Responsable Magasin.
Ton Profil:
- Expérience confirmée en tant qu'Assistant.e Commercial.e ou Conseiller.ère de vente senior dans le secteur retail.
- Solides compétences commerciales, avec une approche proactive et orientée client.
- Capacité à analyser les KPI commerciaux et à les traduire en actions concrètes et efficaces.
- Volonté constante d'améliorer les processus de vente et le merchandising visuel.
- Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais.
