About the role
Based in Horsham, this role is ideal for someone with a strong data analytics background who is ready to step into a broader role leading group-focused reporting, systems and improvement projects.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Projects, you will develop Power BI reporting, support data quality, contribute to the business-side delivery of John Deere Dealer Operations (JDDO), and help turn data, systems and digital opportunities into practical business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing

Build and improve Power BI reports and dashboards.
•
Support JDDO implementation, testing, training and adoption.
•
Improve data quality, reporting processes and business insights.
•
Work with teams to solve practical business problems using data and systems.
•
Support digital transformation, automation and AI opportunities.
About you
You will be practical, analytical and ready to take the next step in your career. This role would suit someone who enjoys data analytics and reporting, but is looking to broaden their impact by leading projects, working with teams and improving business systems across the group.
You will bring:

Strong Power BI and Excel skills.
•
Experience with reporting, dashboards or business intelligence.
•
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
•
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
•
Experience with system implementation, Microsoft Fabric, AI tools or dealership systems would be highly regarded.
