This role
As Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll be working with Director of Partnerships, APAC and will be instrumental in growing AU channel revenue to achieve our North Star of partnerships being 50% of the region’s revenue. This role prioritises high-velocity partners, digital marketplaces, and turnkey enablement models.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role.
Working hours: This role must be based in Australia.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Engage: Nurture and grow existing referral partnerships across Accounting firms, HR Consultants, Payroll bureaus and Technology partners
- Acquire Channel Partnerships: Recruit , Activate and Manage regional VARs and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with large, existing SME customer footprints on our reseller partner model.
- Scalable Enablement: Training and digital toolkits for rapid partner activation.
- Volume Campaign Management: Partner with Marketing teams to launch low-touch, high-yield demand generation campaigns.
- Velocity Pipeline Management: Manage high-volume lead pipelines.
- Marketplace Expansion: Drive revenue through B2B cloud marketplaces (e.g., Microsoft, Sage, etc) favoured by SME buyers.
This will include:
- Designing and implementing a partnership acquisition strategy in alignment with the Ideal Partner Profile
- Strategically growing key accounts by running online and in person meetings, running business reviews with partners
- Executing on AU Partner Marketing Strategy by planning and hosting events.
Who you are

- SME Market Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing channel ecosystems that sell to buyers with sub-1,000 employee counts
- Program Automation: Proven ability to scale partner programs using PRM tools and Salesforce.
- Velocity Metrics: Deep understanding of high-volume sales cycles, average contract values (ACV), and ICP Match.
- A Hunter minded problem solver with refined communication skills.
- Negotiator with experience working with the C-suite and GM level personas.
- Comfortable with Public Speaking.
