We are seeking a **PEGA Developer with 3–4 years of experience** in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise workflow and case management applications using **PEGA Platform 24\.x**. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high\-quality solutions that support digital transformation initiatives.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain PEGA 24\.x applications, workflows, case types, and business rules. * Configure integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. * Leverage PEGA 24\.x features, including Constellation architecture, low\-code capabilities, and AI\-driven automation. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation. * Ensure application quality through testing, troubleshooting, and adherence to PEGA best practices and guardrails. * Support deployments, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers to deliver business value.

### **Required Qualifications**

* **3–4 years of hands\-on PEGA development experience.** * **PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) – Mandatory.** * Experience with **PEGA Platform 24\.x** (or recent PEGA Infinity versions). * Strong knowledge of case management, workflow automation, integrations, and PEGA best practices. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

* PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA). * Experience with PEGA GenAI, Process AI, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), and Deployment Manager.
