**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Enaex Australia is seeking an experienced and safety\-focused Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team in Western Australia.
Reporting to the National Manufacturing Manager, this role is responsible for supervising the production of emulsion products while ensuring manufacturing activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality and compliance requirements. The role also provides training support and QA/QC governance across our WA manufacturing operations.
This opportunity will suit a strong operational leader who enjoys coaching and developing teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of production, safety, and quality are maintained.
Ideally you will have;
* Demonstrated experience supervising production or process operations in a manufacturing, mining, explosives, or heavy industrial environment
* Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
* Proven ability to drive safety, compliance, and operational performance outcomes * Excellent organisational, planning, and problem\-solving skills * Experience managing quality assurance and quality control processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders * S1, S2 \& S3 qualifications * Certificate IV in Training \& Assessment * Ability to travel and provide support across Enaex manufacturing facilities in WA
Highly regarded:
* HR Licence and Dangerous Goods Licence * G2 Implementation of Risk Assessment qualification * Experience within the explosives industry
