Experience - 5-7 years Primary Skillset
Data Requirement elicitation (some data experience/engineering or technical background)
Data modeling literacy – understand conceptual/logical models. Ability to collaborate effectively with a data architect
SQL/Data Profiling Skills – Ability to write SQL to interrogate a database, profile data, join multiple tables, etc.
Ability to generate robust BA artifacts such as source-target mapping, requirements documents, traceability matrix docs, data quality requirements, data contracts/schema requirements, etc
Understand Master Data Management (MDM)
Knowledge of data refresh concepts such as - Batch/streaming/Change Data Capture (CDC)/Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), etc.
AI/ML data literacy/knowledge of the space
Strong agile delivery experience. Be able to convert requirements into Epics/user stories/Jira tasks; document definition of ready/done, acceptance criteria, dependencies, UAT plans, etc.
