**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced **Business Analyst** with hands\-on expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (D365 FinOps)**. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Microsoft D365 Finance \& Operations projects. * Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and optimization using **Microsoft Visio (BPMN)** or **Signavio**. * Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and process documentation. * Perform gap analysis and recommend functional solutions aligned with business objectives. * Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and validate requirements. * Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. * Support solution design, testing, UAT, and deployment activities. * Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project standards.
**Required Skills**
* 4\+ years of experience as a **Business Analyst**. * Relevant experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (D365 FinOps)**. * Strong understanding of business processes and D365 FinOps capabilities. * Experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. * Hands\-on experience with **Microsoft Visio (BPMN)** or **Signavio** for business process mapping. * Experience preparing **BRDs**, **FSDs**, and functional documentation. * Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional functional and technical teams.
**Preferred Skills**
* Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. * Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain business processes within D365 FinOps. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
