Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FinOps)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FinOps). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations projects.
- Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and optimization using Microsoft Visio (BPMN) or Signavio.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and process documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and validate requirements.
- Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project standards.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FinOps).
- Strong understanding of business processes and D365 FinOps capabilities.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio (BPMN) or Signavio for business process mapping.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, and functional documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional functional and technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain business processes within D365 FinOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
