**About the Role** We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support the smooth running and advancement of modern manufacturing systems in a fast\-paced production setting.
**Core Duties**
* Run, adjust, and upkeep automated equipment (CNC, waterjet, robotics) per established protocols. * Carry out scheduled servicing and checks to ensure machines remain safe and dependable. * Oversee daily production tasks, resolve equipment issues, and apply fixes. * Record work and performance data using ERP tools and digital tracking systems. * Draft clear work instructions and suggest upgrades to improve output and efficiency. * Share knowledge with colleagues and promote safe work practices.

**Work Schedule**
This position requires working on a **fixed schedule**, assigned according to production needs:
* **Shift A :** 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a fixed break from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. * **Shift B :** 11:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a fixed break from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Applicants should be prepared to work on **either shift**, depending on operational requirements.
Job Types: Full\-time, Fixed term
Pay: $55,000\.00 – $149,106\.05 per year
