Social Media Manager/Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Specialist / Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, creating engaging social media content, planning digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Create engaging captions and coordinate photo/video content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with clients regarding marketing campaigns, promotions, and content approvals.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Handle multiple client accounts while ensuring timely deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Account Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be assigned at Vista Mall, Sta. Rosa Laguna
