Corevant Systems is looking for an Enterprise Application Manager to join our Memphis, TN team. This role is a strong fit for an experienced technology professional who understands enterprise applications, enjoys solving operational issues, and can work with both technical teams and business users to keep critical systems reliable and effective.
The Role
You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of enterprise applications used across the organization. You’ll work with internal teams, application vendors, and business stakeholders to manage system performance, resolve issues, support enhancements, and make sure applications continue to meet changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance, availability, and day-to-day support of enterprise applications
- Coordinate application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations
- Work with business teams to understand application needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Monitor application issues and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external support teams
- Manage relationships with application vendors and technology partners
- Review application performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support system integrations and data flows between enterprise applications
- Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures, and support processes
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and application changes
- Help maintain application security, access, and support standards
- Track application incidents, projects, priorities, and maintenance activities
- Work with IT leadership and business stakeholders on technology projects and system improvements
- Provide guidance to application support staff and help prioritize workload
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, application support, or a related IT function
- Strong understanding of enterprise application environments and system integrations
- Experience with application implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects
- Experience working with vendors and third-party technology providers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
- Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and change management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Good project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to application issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
Experience with ERP, CRM, database, or other business-critical enterprise applications is a plus.
