If you’ve worked as a server, bartender, waiter, host/hostess, food runner, restaurant team member, personal trainer, gym associate, fitness coach, athlete, front desk representative, retail associate, or in customer service, you may already have many of the skills that translate well into sales and leadership.
People coming from restaurants, hospitality, fitness, and sports backgrounds often do well because they’re used to talking with different types of people, building rapport quickly, staying motivated, working toward goals, and performing in fast-paced or competitive environments.
We’re hiring an Entry Level Sales Manager to join our growing team. You’ll start by learning our sales and customer acquisition process firsthand while developing experience in customer relations, communication, team development, and leadership.
Spanish is required. Perfect fluency isn’t necessary, but you should be comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking customers and team members during everyday interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers and build positive relationships
- Learn our sales and customer acquisition process
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Develop stronger communication and leadership skills
- Help train and support newer team members as you progress
- Learn how to coach and develop others
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities based on performance
