Job Summary
Akkuarios Technology & Sustainable Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Environmental Programmes Manager to lead sustainability and environmental programmes, coordinate improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of practical environmental solutions.
The successful candidate will manage projects, stakeholders, resources, and performance measures while helping organisations improve environmental performance and achieve sustainability objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead environmental and sustainability programmes from planning through delivery
- Develop programme plans, objectives, milestones, budgets, and performance measures
- Coordinate environmental improvement and sustainability initiatives
- Manage multiple projects, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Work with technical, operational, technology, and sustainability teams
- Monitor environmental performance and programme KPIs
- Support carbon reduction, resource efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate consultants, suppliers, clients, and external partners
- Prepare environmental reports, programme updates, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for sustainable technologies and operational improvements
Requirements
- Experience in environmental management, sustainability, programme management, or a related field
- Experience managing environmental or sustainability projects and programmes
- Good understanding of environmental performance and sustainability principles
- Strong programme and project-management abilities
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Knowledge of environmental management systems, carbon reduction, ESG, or sustainability reporting is advantageous
- Relevant environmental, sustainability, engineering, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred

Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
