Job Description
Enwise Global Solutions is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to join our growing solar energy team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in renewable energy and solar power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for rooftop solar installations.
- Explain solar products, system benefits, pricing, and available subsidy schemes to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to assess project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with the technical and documentation teams.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular updates on sales activities.
- Explore new business opportunities and support the company's growth.
Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics, or any relevant degree.
- Experience in solar sales, electrical sales, or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary of ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience.
