We are seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to join EPAM in supporting an AI Infrastructure Tooling Design and Environment project. This initiative will provide the strategic direction, foundation, and AI Platform capability required to support the client's business and technology transformation programs from 2027 onwards. As part of a dedicated team, you will contribute to delivering the AI Environment across Sandbox, Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI infrastructure tooling across Sandbox, Dev, UAT, and Production environments
- Provide strategic direction and establish the foundation for the AI Platform capability
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflows to support continuous delivery of cloud solutions
- Develop and operate model evaluation and training pipelines on Microsoft Foundry
- Implement serverless solutions leveraging Azure Functions and Logic Apps
- Architect and manage CosmosDB data stores for AI workloads
- Configure and customize API Gateway, including policy authoring, transformations, and Developer Portal customization
- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, and integration patterns across API Gateway services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology transformation programs
- Ensure cloud environments align with best practices for scalability, security, and reliability
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer within Azure environments
- Background in DevOps tooling with proven build experience
- Proficiency in CI/CD workflow design and implementation
- Expertise in Microsoft Foundry and model evaluation and training pipelines
- Skills in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and CosmosDB
- Competency in API Gateway, including policy authoring, transformations, and Developer Portal customization
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, logging, and integration within API Gateway
- AI-103 certification
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with Azure Virtual WAN
- Knowledge of Python
- Skills in Terraform
