URGENT HIRING: PHRN ASSISTANT MANAGER – US HEALTHCARE BPO
SALARY PACKAGE: ₱75,000–₱80,000 + 10% Night Differential

STRICT REQUIREMENTS – NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Must hold an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- At least 5 years of Healthcare BPO experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a PHRN Assistant Manager.
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is required.
- Prior Authorization experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing teams, monitoring performance, and driving operational results.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Must be willing to work strictly onsite in Pasig City.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in overseeing daily US Healthcare BPO operations.
- Support the Operations Manager in achieving operational goals and client expectations.
- Manage and develop Team Leaders and frontline healthcare operations teams.
- Monitor productivity, quality, service levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, healthcare processes, and company policies.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Workforce Management teams.
- Participate in client meetings, performance reviews, and operational discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall team performance.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Active PHRN license is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of Healthcare BPO experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PHRN Assistant Manager.
- Healthcare RCM experience is required.
- Prior Authorization experience is preferred.

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
