The Work The Vice President, Strategy and Delivery will define core strategy for EQ’s Personal Bank (across products, experiences, and loyalty) and own execution through disciplined capital planning and delivery leadership. This newly created role builds the strategic and delivery backbone of the Personal Bank: leading the divisional PMO, prioritizing capex investment, and driving overall business strategy to strengthen core profitability behaviours.
