Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT operations and service delivery across key client accounts
- Monitor SLAs, lead operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage compliance, information security, major incidents, and IT assets
- Lead implementations, service transitions, projects, and new site setups
- Coordinate with local and international teams to maintain service standards
- Manage operational costs and improve productivity
Requirements
- Relevant graduate qualification; a Master's degree is advantageous
- 12 to 14 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience managing operations supporting 5,000 to 10,000 end users
- Strong knowledge of networking, systems, voice technologies, business applications, and ITSM
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ITIL/ITSM certifications and project management experience are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio
Location and Work Arrangements: Based in Cape Town, this is a strictly office-based role involving shift work aligned with US time zones.
