We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Service Engineer – Welding Equipment to manage our regional business growth and equipment uptime. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closing contracts—while acting as the primary technical point of contact for installation, maintenance, and repair of welding systems (MIG, TIG, ARC, Plasma, and automated laser setups).
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate Leads: Identify new business opportunities in Furniture Manufacturing, Cement Plants, Infrastructure Projects, Structural fabrication industries.
- Live Demonstrations: Conduct on-site technical presentations and live welding demonstrations to showcase product superiority over competitors.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze client blueprints and manufacturing needs to recommend the exact welding machines, automated lines, or specialized consumables required.
- Commercial Closures: Prepare accurate technical quotes, handle price negotiations, submit responses for corporate tenders, and close sales orders.
- Account Management: Maintain healthy relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), local distributors, and existing end-user clients.
- Installation & Commissioning: Set up new welding equipment and at client sites.
- Client Training: Educate shop floor operators and welding supervisors on best safety practices, proper equipment parameters, and baseline troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
