Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer – Level 3 to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and Microsoft cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender, along with advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex network and infrastructure issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device management, endpoint configuration, compliance, and security policies.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender solutions, including endpoint security and threat protection.
- Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and support infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and enterprise infrastructure standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in enterprise networking and advanced network troubleshooting.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (O365) administration and support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device management and policy configuration.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security solutions.
- Experience handling complex Level 3 technical escalations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Programming or scripting knowledge, particularly Python.
- Experience developing Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting, or network management.
- Knowledge of automation and infrastructure management practices.
- Microsoft Office 365 expertise is mandatory.
- Google Workspace experience is not required and should not be considered a substitute for Office 365 expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Intune and Defender is essential.
