We partner with architects, designers, and contractors to deliver custom lighting systems that elevate spaces.
**About the Role** We're looking for a detail\-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of lighting projects from specification through installation. You'll be the connective tissue between our design, production, and client\-facing teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with technical specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal teams and external partners (contractors, architects, suppliers) * Track project status, flag risks or delays, and keep stakeholders informed * Assist with preparing technical documentation, specification sheets, and submittals * Support procurement and logistics coordination for fixtures and components * Maintain accurate project files, schedules, and change orders * Liaise with clients and site teams during pre\-installation and installation phases * Help manage vendor and subcontractor communications
**What We're Looking For**
* 2\+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally in construction, lighting, design, or a related field * Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent written and verbal communication (English and French an asset) * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace * Ability to read basic technical drawings or specifications (an asset, not required) * A proactive, problem\-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
