Your mission
We are looking for a proactive Content Production Executive to help plan and deliver content across multiple projects, including short-form video, docuemtand player activations. You will keep productions organised, anticipate what teams need, and follow through on the details that help each project run smoothly.
Key responsibilities

Coordinate pre-production and production activities across several projects at once, including schedules, logistics, and travel.

Track budgets, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding actions, flagging risks early and proposing solutions.

Work closely with Original Programming, editorial, social media, and other internal teams to align plans and resources.

Liaise with club and team media directors to arrange access and support content planning.

Coordinate suppliers, equipment rentals, travel bookings, invoices, and contracts.

Support branded content and other projects involving external partners.

Travel for productions when required
Your profile
-
At least two years of hands-on experience in media, television, or content production.

A proactive approach: you take ownership, anticipate needs, and keep projects moving with limited supervision.

Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Clear communication and confidence working with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.

An interest in sports and media.
