0-2 years of relevant experience. Advanced written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English. Excellent communication, interpersonal and soft skills. A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment but deeply values collaboration and shared goals and is not afraid of seeking input from subject matter experts to ensure alignment. Strong attention to detail, organization and structure with a demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and produce high consistency in quality of output. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. A growth mindset that brings new challenges and a passion for continuous learning that allows you to continuously step outside your comfort zone. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, Power Query, advanced formulas, VBA is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong data reconciliation and validation capabilities. Experience with reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, or operational support roles. Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources. Experience identifying and implementing reporting automation opportunities.
