Position Title – Marketing & Proposals Coordinator
Location: Hybrid, with 3 days a week in our Port Hope studio
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: $40,000 to $50,000 depending on your experience

Evenden & Co is a boutique marketing and communications agency founded in 2019. We specialize in architecture, engineering, and construction clients across Ontario. We help firms manage their marketing efforts and win competitive public-sector projects. We develop strategic proposals, brand positioning, and thoughtful visual communication.
We are a small, highly focused team doing big work for major organizations across Ontario. We operate with high standards, strong attention to detail, and a deep respect for strategy and design.

EDUCATION
- Diploma or degree in a related field, or equivalent industry experience
EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, marketing, graphic design, or communications is preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
What You’ll Be Doing
RFP and proposal development - Collaborate with the Evenden & Co team to lead the development of compelling proposals for architectural, engineering and construction RFPs and RFQs, coordinating with subconsultants and clients.
Marketing and Promotion - Design and develop engaging marketing assets, including CVs, Project Detail Sheets, brochures, web graphics, videos, and social media content, including drafting and editing marketing copy. Help build brand consistency across documents and client communications.
Web & Digital Design - Manage and update company websites, including creating user-friendly, visually appealing layouts, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
Marketing Administration - Coordinate all content and info to support management of the marketing and proposals process.
Systems and Process Improvements - Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to clients along with the growth of Evenden & Co through development of internal and external systems and process.
