ECS Federal is seeking a **Journeyman Management Analyst** to support the Defense Health Agency's Enterprise Support Activities, Business Analytics Division (ESA\-BAD). This position plays a critical role in improving organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency within the Military Health System (MHS) enterprise.
In this role, you will:
* Conduct organizational studies and evaluations * Design systems and procedures * Conduct simplification and measurement studies and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. * Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. * Evaluate program performance against established metrics and strategic objectives. * Serve as a management consultant to internal stakeholders on operational matters. * Provide recommendations to leadership on resource allocation and organizational structure. * Develop analytical reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership. * Document findings, recommendations, and develop implementation plans for management review. * Facilitate working groups and meetings to drive consensus on process changes.
Requirements: * Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) * Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools * Knowledge of federal acquisition and program management frameworks * Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations * Project management and organizational skills * Collaborative mindset with ability to work across diverse teams * Attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
