**Responsibilities**
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with B2B clients by understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions. * Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, warm calling, and market analysis to expand our client base. * Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and promote our products or services effectively. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and follow\-up communications. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, monitor account activity, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Provide leadership within your accounts by offering expert advice on technology sales, account management best practices, and industry trends.
**Experience**
* Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in the Pharmaceutical with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, business development, and account management within a competitive environment. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively. * Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales metrics. * Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth. * Prior experience in marketing or technical sales is highly desirable. * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster collaborative team efforts in achieving shared goals.
