Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Assist in launching and managing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Social Media Coordination
Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite (required). Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
Content Management
Help organize and maintain content calendars, working closely with Account Executives and the Creative Team.
On-Site Support
Attend shoots, events, and activations to support logistics, coordination, and content capture.
Project Coordination
Track tasks and timelines, keep project boards updated (e.g. Monday.com), and ensure deliverables move efficiently through production.
Content Review
Double-check creative deliverables against briefs and flag any issues before client handover.
Research & Trends
Stay aware of digital marketing trends, pop culture moments, and industry shifts that can inspire campaign content.

Requirements

Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel including shoots and meetings.

Required. Must be comfortable scheduling content, managing pages, and handling day-to-day platform use.

Able to manage multiple clients and projects at once without compromising quality.

Contribute ideas and assist in brainstorming content that aligns with client goals.

Work effectively with Account Executives and the Creative Team to keep workflows smooth.

Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Comfortable using Google Workspace, project management platforms (like Monday.com), and digital communication tools.
Experience

1–2 years in a marketing or content coordination role, preferably within a creative agency environment.

Familiarity with social media tools, production logistics, and fast-paced campaign support.
Additional Notes

This role includes field work and may require evening or weekend availability during busy periods.
