Manager – Human Resources
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha | Work Mode: In-Office Department: Human Resources & Administration Reports To: Managing Director / Senior Management Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and talent acquisition.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, training, and development.
- Handle HR operations, employee relations, grievances, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Maintain a professional, performance-driven, and accountable workplace culture.
- Provide HR insights and support to senior management for business decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Experience: 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, PMS, HR operations, employee relations, and labour laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
