**Role Overview**

Join as a Payments Product Manager / Business Analyst focusing on card schemes. This is a fully remote position where you'll have the opportunity to shape payment solutions on an international scale. You'll work with Visa and Mastercard schemes, defining processes and preparing specifications that impact diverse industries.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze card scheme business processes * Gather and document business requirements * Design interchange and scheme fee logic * Define reconciliation process requirements * Prepare functional specifications for development * Communicate with Visa and Mastercard * Support implementation and solution testing
**Requirements**

* Payments industry domain knowledge * Experience with Visa and Mastercard schemes * Knowledge of interchange and scheme fees * Experience with APIs, SQL, and microservices * UML, BPMN, and process modeling skills * Experience writing functional specifications * Jira and Confluence proficiency * Languages: English, Russian * Experience in fintech
