About the role: Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Mine Operations, the Mine Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe and productive operation of the operations crew. This position follows a 4x4 schedule rotation of day and night shifts. To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can connect with personnel at all levels of the organization.
