Tasks
- You will lead the transition from early builds to reliable, repeatable production, establishing the processes, capabilities, and teams needed to scale.
- You will develop manufacturing operations, supplier relationships, quality systems, and production plans while improving efficiency, cost, and delivery.
- You will work closely with engineering and operations to industrialise products, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver key production milestones.
