For one of our Client from banking sector, we realize a recruitment process for the position of Implementation Consultant - KYC instructions and procedures role.

Analyse new AML/CTF regulatory requirements and the bank’s updated internal rules.

Translate regulatory requirements into detailed changes to KYC processes and procedures.

Operationalise requirements related to PEP, Purpose and Nature of the Business Relationship, customer risk scoring, Adverse Media Screening and ODD review cycles.

Design and update end-to-end KYC processes.

Prepare procedures, guidelines and working instructions for operational teams.

Assess the impact of regulatory changes on existing processes, roles and operational activities.

Identify process gaps, risks and dependencies.
-
Collaborate with internal process experts, project leads and Group Financial Crime Prevention stakeholders.

Support the implementation of process changes.

Ensure that updated KYC processes function effectively end to end.

Strong experience in KYC, AML/CTF or Financial Crime Prevention within the banking sector.

Practical experience in designing, improving or implementing KYC processes and procedures.

Good knowledge of customer due diligence, including CDD, EDD, PEP, Adverse Media Screening and customer risk assessment.

Experience in translating regulatory requirements into operational processes and working instructions.

Ability to analyse complex regulatory documents and assess their impact on existing processes.

Experience in preparing KYC procedures, guidelines or instructions for operational teams.

Strong understanding of end-to-end KYC processes.

Ability to identify process gaps, dependencies and implementation risks.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
