Job Description: Cash Application Executive to support its Corporate Finance team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely application of customer payments, resolution of payment discrepancies, and management of credit balances to ensure invoices are fully reconciled.
Responsibilities: 1. Review, reconcile, and apply customer payments to open invoices
2. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing rates, time entries, short payments, and unapplied cash
3. Review credit balances and ensure timely creation and application of credit memos
4. Collaborating with Billing, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Operations teams
5. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
6. Identify and recommend process improvements within the O2C cycle
Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting 0 -3 Year
