We are looking for an experienced IT Architecture Lead / Technical Architect to join a large-scale transformation program in the banking sector.
Key Requirements:
-
10+ years of software development experience
-
Proven track record leading large-scale projects (100+ people) in the financial sector, preferably banking
-
Strong expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud migrations
-
Hands-on experience with code reviews, refactoring, and technical leadership
-
Deep knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Java, and C#
-
Experience with Apache Kafka, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD
-
Practical knowledge of GCP services (GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage), Kubernetes, Argo CD, HashiCorp Vault, Azure OpenAI, Ora2Pg, and SQLpipe

Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Strong communication, analytical, and mentoring skills
Responsibilities:

Design and govern enterprise architecture solutions

Lead technical decision-making and architectural standards

Oversee solution design, implementation, and cloud migration initiatives

Mentor Tech Leads, Architects, and development teams

Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects
