**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. * Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. * Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities. * Coordinate offer roll\-out, documentation, and onboarding activities. * Ensure timely closure of open positions.
**Required Skills**
* Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes. * Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Qualification**
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
**Preferred Candidate Profile**
* Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience. * Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or corporate hiring will be preferred. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
