**Station Manager – Fort Myers, FL (FMY)**
**Salary:** (Based on Experience) **Schedule:** Mondays 6:00 AM–5:00 PM; Tuesday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM **Note:** Flexibility required based on operational needs.
**CGB Express**, a proud DHL Service Partner, is seeking a highly skilled **Station Manager** to lead operations at our Fort Myers, FL terminal. This station supports last‑mile delivery for DHL and operates under a union collective bargaining agreement. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, operational discipline, and the ability to manage a unionized workforce effectively.
This role oversees daily operations for a team of approximately **15–17 couriers**, ensuring safety, service quality, and performance standards are consistently met.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage daily station operations, including dispatch, routing, and courier performance. * Ensure full compliance with the union collective bargaining agreement, company policies, and operational procedures. * Promote and enforce safety standards; monitor and address safety performance. * Oversee scheduling, attendance, and workforce coverage to maintain service levels. * Maintain strong communication with DHL leadership and internal management teams. * Resolve operational issues promptly to support on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. * Participate in hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of station personnel. * Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and operational records.
**Qualifications**
* Minimum **2\+ years** of operations or logistics management experience. * Experience supervising drivers, couriers, or warehouse teams. * **Union environment experience strongly preferred.** * Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. * Demonstrated commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
