"We are seeking an experienced Petrol Service Station Manager to lead our team at one of our busy petrol stations in the UK. Based in South Shields , you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and team leadership to support our company's growth and reputation." **Responsibilities**
* Oversee daily station operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * Lead, motivate, and manage station staff to achieve performance targets. * Maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and safety compliance. * Manage stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs. * Implement marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement. * Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Prepare reports on sales performance and operational metrics. * **Qualifications** * Proven management experience in retail or fuel station environments. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and organizational abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. * Knowledge of health \& safety standards relevant to petrol stations. * Previous experience with merchandising and stock control is preferred
