About the Role
Fabletics is opening a shop-in-shop at KaDeWe, one of Europe's most iconic department stores, and we're looking for an enthusiastic part-time Sales Associate to join our team!

As a Sales Associate, you'll help run the daily operations of our Fabletics shop-in-shop, working closely with your colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Fabletics brand, culture, and values.
- Welcome customers and deliver a friendly, personalized shopping experience.
- Help customers discover our products, including their fit, fabrics, and functionality.
- Support sales performance through proactive customer engagement.
- Process purchases using the KaDeWe POS system.
- Help manage daily shop-in-shop operations alongside your colleagues.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and deliveries.
- Communicate operational needs to Fabletics HQ when needed.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.
What You Bring
- No extensive retail experience required! Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with people.
- Interest in fashion, sportswear, or an active lifestyle.
- Reliability, independence, and a willingness to take ownership.
- Motivation to learn and develop new skills.
- Availability to work 20–25 hours per week, including some weekends and shifts depending on business needs.
- Professional working proficiency in German and English, with the ability to confidently communicate with customers. Interviews will be conducted in both languages.
- Minimum age: 18.
