Revorma Property & Engineering Services Ltd is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee building maintenance, contractor performance, workplace safety, and daily facilities services across managed properties. This role suits a practical leader who can maintain reliable, compliant, and cost-effective sites.
What you'll do
- Manage maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and site-support services.
- Coordinate contractors, planned maintenance, and urgent repairs.
- Monitor facilities budgets, service contracts, and supplier performance.
- Conduct site inspections and address operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and building procedures.
- Improve asset reliability, energy efficiency, and workplace standards.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management, property operations, building services, or engineering support.
- Strong contractor, budget, and service-delivery management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Facilities-management or engineering qualifications are beneficial.
