**Revorma Property \& Engineering Services Ltd** is seeking a **Facilities Operations Manager** to oversee building maintenance, contractor performance, workplace safety, and daily facilities services across managed properties. This role suits a practical leader who can maintain reliable, compliant, and cost\-effective sites.
**What you'll do**
* Manage maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and site\-support services. * Coordinate contractors, planned maintenance, and urgent repairs. * Monitor facilities budgets, service contracts, and supplier performance. * Conduct site inspections and address operational risks. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and building procedures. * Improve asset reliability, energy efficiency, and workplace standards.
**Requirements**
* Experience in facilities management, property operations, building services, or engineering support. * Strong contractor, budget, and service\-delivery management skills. * Knowledge of workplace health and safety and statutory compliance. * Excellent organisation, communication, and problem\-solving abilities. * Facilities\-management or engineering qualifications are beneficial.
