Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Construction Project Manager** to lead projects from pre\-construction through closeout while delivering exceptional client service, maintaining profitability, and supporting the continued growth of our company. This role works closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage construction projects from pre\-construction through closeout * Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field personnel * Maintain regular communication with clients and internal team members * Oversee procurement of materials and project logistics * Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements * Monitor project costs, contracts, change orders, and profitability * Lead project meetings and provide progress updates * Support business development and client relationship efforts

Qualifications

* 5\+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor * 10\+ years in the industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, steel building, or design\-build construction * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software * Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety requirements * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)Why Join FB\&E? * Competitive compensation * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities * Positive, team\-oriented culture with long\-term career growth

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $160,000\.00 \- $175,000\.00 per year
