We are looking for an organised and detail\-oriented Materials Planner / Purchasing Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will raise and manage purchase orders, maintain accurate purchasing data within M3, monitor supplier performance, and help prevent material shortages that could impact operations and customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with purchasing, planning, or supply chain experience who enjoys working in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. Similar responsibilities are described in the internal role profile for a part\-time Materials Planner / Purchasing Administrator.

**Key Responsibilities**

Create, maintain and progress purchase orders for BOM components and sub\-contracting demand in line with the forward material plan.

Raise purchase orders in M3 ensuring accuracy of item, quantity, due date, supplier and agreed pricing/terms.

Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure goods receipting and stock information is accurate and up to date for purchased items.

Produce or maintain basic supplier performance data (e.g., OTIF/lead time adherence) and provide information to support reviews and continuous improvement.

Support local sourcing activity by gathering quotes/lead times and assisting with new supplier set\-up/qualification paperwork (as directed).
