Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented **Project Operations Manager** to lead and oversee the execution of ELV projects. The ideal candidate should have **6\+ years of experience in the ELV industry** with strong expertise in project planning, execution, team management, client coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end\-to\-end execution of ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Networking, Structured Cabling, BMS, and related systems. * Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. * Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and project timelines. * Review BOQs, project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. * Ensure timely procurement of materials in coordination with the purchase department. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability. * Prepare project status reports and present updates to management. * Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Support project handover, documentation, and client sign\-off upon project completion.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline. * **6\+ years of experience** in project execution and operations within the ELV industry. * Strong knowledge of ELV systems, project management, and site operations. * Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent leadership, communication, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD (preferred), and ERP/project management software is an added advantage.
