About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment and looking to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring across technology, product, and business functions.
You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand requirements, source relevant candidates, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/modify job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to track interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Support offer rollouts, negotiation discussions, and pre-joining engagement.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
- Stay updated on relevant talent markets, sourcing channels, and recruitment trends.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
- Fresher’s with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms will be an added advantage.
