We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The candidate should have strong experience in content planning, influencer marketing, community management, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Create content ideas for posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and product launches.
- Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and hashtags.
- Manage posting, scheduling, comments, messages, and customer engagement.
- Handle influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
- Monitor trends, competitors, audience behaviour, and platform updates.
- Track reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with e-commerce, ads, design, and customer support teams.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, design direction, and communication across all platforms
- Support reputation management and respond appropriately to negative feedback or social media concerns.
- Improvement in brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Website traffic generated from social media
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, Quara, Reddit.
- Good copywriting, communication, and content planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of ON Page SEO.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe tools.
- Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, or marketplace businesses catalog management.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both content and performance data. They should be able to turn products, customer stories, and brand ideas into engaging social media content that builds trust and drives measurable business growth.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
